O que fazemos Desenvolvemos instrumentos de financiamento inovadores e sustentáveis para Startups, PMEs e Mid Caps, de acordo com as melhores práticas internacionais.   Que instrumentos estão disponíveis para alavancar empresas nas diferentes fases da sua evolução Atualmente, a PME Investimentos é a entidade gestora de dois novos fundos vocacionados para apoiar startups portuguesas inovadoras, sustentáveis e capazes de gerar impacto: o Fundo 200M e o Fundo para a Inovação Social (FIS). Fundo 200M: 100M€ para alavancar outros 100M€ de investidores privados Atrair investidores qualificados para startups inovadoras portuguesas e para o ecossistema empreendedor português é o grande objetivo do Fundo de Coinvestimento 200M, criado pelo governo português no final de 2018. O Fundo acompanha até 100% do compromisso dos investidores privados, com um investimento mínimo do 200M de €500k e um máximo de €5M por empresa. Até ao momento, o 200M já coinvestiu em 6 empresas, em parceria com mais de 20 investidores privados, nacionais e internacionais, somando cerca de €50 milhões em investimento total e reforçando a missão do Fundo de promover o potencial empreendedor e inovador de Portugal, alavancando investimentos privados internacionais nas melhores startups portuguesas. As candidaturas estão abertas e devem ser submetidas online pelos investidores privados. Saiba mais em www.200m.pt Fundo para a Inovação Social: um instrumento catalisador para o investimento de impacto em Portugal Assegurado por verbas do Fundo Social Europeu e nacionais, o FIS é um dos instrumentos no âmbito da iniciativa Portugal Inovação Social que tem como objetivo apoiar iniciativas de inovação e empreendedorismo social que desenvolvam respostas inovadoras, impactantes e sustentáveis para resolução de problemas societais. Focado em dois tipos de instrumentos financeiros, Financiamento (FIS Crédito) e Coinvestimento (FIS Capital), o FIS está totalmente alinhado com os ODS, apoiando iniciativas em diversas áreas: promoção da inclusão social, financeira e digital; promoção do emprego, formação e educação; promoção do envelhecimento ativo; promoção da saúde e bem-estar, bem como outras áreas consideradas iniciativas de inovação e empreendedorismo social. Lançado em abril, o Fundo tem candidaturas abertas para o FIS Capital (que devem ser submetidas online pelos investidores privados) prevendo-se para breve a abertura das candidaturas ao FIS Crédito. PME Investimentos is an investment management company recognized for its action as a promoter of entrepreneurship, innovation, competitiveness and internationalization of the Portuguese business sector. With public capital and subject to the supervision of the Portuguese Central Bank, it has been supporting Portuguese companies for the past 30 years through special investment vehicles and funds, both debt and equity.   What we do We develop innovative and sustainable funding instruments for startups, SMEs and Mid Caps, considering the latest international benchmarks and best practices.   What instruments are available to leverage companies at different stages of their evolution? Currently, PME Investimentos is the managing entity of two new funds aimed at supporting innovative, sustainable and impactful startups: the 200M Fund and the Social Innovation Fund. 200M Fund: €100M to leverage another €100M from private investors Attracting qualified private investors to Portuguese innovative startups and to the Portuguese entrepreneurial ecosystem is the main goal of the 200M Co-investment Fund set up by the Portuguese Government in late 2018. The 200M Fund matches up to 100% of private investors’ commitment, with a minimum of €500k and maximum of €5M per company. So far, 200M has co-invested in 6 companies, in partnership with more than 20, national and international, private investors, completing around €50 million of total investment and reinforcing 200M’s mission of promoting Portugal’s entrepreneurial and innovative potential by leveraging investments from private, international funds and corporations in the best Portuguese startups. Learn more at www.200m.pt   Social Innovation Fund: a catalyst for impact investing in Portugal Funded by the European Social Fund and National Funds, SIF is one of the instruments implemented by the Portugal Social Innovation Initiative, and its main goal is to support social innovation and social entrepreneurship initiatives that offer impactful and sustainable solutions to tackle societal problems. The Fund focuses on two types of financial instruments, Financing (SIF Debt) and Co-investment (SIF Equity) and is totally aligned with the SDG’s, supporting initiatives in several areas: promoting social, financial and digital inclusion; promoting employment, training and education; promoting active ageing; promoting health and well-being among other areas that are considered social innovation and social entrepreneurship initiatives. Launched in April, applications are OPEN for SIF EQUITY (completed and submitted online by private investors) and will open soon for SIF DEBT.
